SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

Jelli Jam Art offers automatically renewing monthly subscriptions. By subscribing you authorize Jelli Jam Art to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price of your selected tier until you cancel.

Current subscription prices are: • Sticky Jam Club: $9.00/month • Jelli Jammer Club: $15.00/month • Jelli Jammer Club International: $18.00/month

Your first charge occurs immediately at checkout. Subsequent charges occur monthly on the same date you first subscribed. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal.

Cutoff date: Subscribe before the 15th of the month to receive that month's envelope. Subscribe on or after the 15th and your first envelope ships the following month.

To cancel, log into your account at any time and click Cancel Subscription. Cancellations before the 15th take effect that same month. Cancellations on or after the 15th take effect the following month.

Price changes will be communicated at least 7 days before taking effect.

What is Jelli Jam Art?

Hello! Jelli Jam Art is where nostalgia brightens up your day! Where you get original handmade art delivered straight to your mailbox the old school way. Depending on your tier, you'll receive a sweet mix that consists of stickers, mini art prints, surprise paper goods and more!

What are the different tiers?
  1. Sticky Jam Club ($9/month) - You'll receive a 4x6 sticker sheet and 3 die cut vinyl stickers. Perfect if you just want the stickers!
  2. Jelli Jammer Club ($15/month) - You'll receive the full pen pal experience! Which includes a mini 5x7 art print, 4x6 sticker sheet, 3 die cut vinyl stickers, a surprise paper good/activity and lastly a playlist that I was listening to heavily while creating the pieces for that months tier.
  3. Jelli Jammer Club International ($18/month) - You'll receive everything in the Jelli Jammer Club with worldwide shipping included. No matter where you are, happy mail find you!
When do I need to sign up to get that month's mail?

You need to be subscribed by the 15th of the month to receive that month's mail.

So if you want May's mail, you need to be subscribed by May 15th.

Subscribing after the 15th means you'll receive the following month's mail. (Worth the wait, I pinky promise!)

When will I get my order?

All envelopes will ship out after the 15th.

How long will delivery take? Once shipped, estimated delivery time are:

  • US: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Australia & everywhere else: 10-21 business days

Postal delays can occasionally happen and are outside my control but I'll always do my best to help if something goes sideways.

Will I be charged customs or import fees? International customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their country's customs when the envelope arrives. This is outside of my control and is the responsibility of the customer. If you're unsure about your country's import rules, I'd recommend checking before subscribing.

Managing Your Subscription

Can I cancel? Yes, always. If you cancel before the 15th of the month, you won't be charged for that month. If you cancel after the 15th, then your cancellation takes effect the following month and you'll receive that month's mail.

Can I pause instead of cancel? Yes! If you need to skip a month then you can pause your subscription through your account. Just make sure to do it before the 15th.

Can I switch tiers? Absolutely! Log into your account to upgrade or downgrade your tier. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Can I change my shipping address? Yes! Update your address in your account settings before the 15th of the month to make sure it's reflected in that month's mail shipment.

Other Questions

Can I get a refund? Because each envelope is made and packed specifically for you, I'm not able to offer refunds once the order has entered production after the 15th of the month. If something arrives damaged or lost in the mail, please reach out.

My happy mail hasn't arrived. What do I do? If you're in the US and it's been more than 14 days since the ship date or if you're international and it's been more than 30 days then please reach out through the contact form and I'll look into it for you right away.
